Generative AI is more than just a technological disruption. It reshapes how we work, communicate, and learn – both in our organizations and our everyday life. I focus on how AI can be used responsibly and when its use is genuinely beneficial.

As an industrial and organizational psychologist, I examine the psychological needs involved in using AI. I explore how it can support development and strengthen a sense of agency.

As a consultant, I work closely with organizations to understand and apply these dynamics.
